Torrents aren't as hard as make them out to be. All you end up doing is going to the torrent site, searching the torrent you want, picking up the option with the most seeders, and depending on the site, either download the .torrent or use the magnet link, then confirm that you want to download the thing.

Depending on the speed of the seeders, either you will get it pretty quickly or will spend time for it. Either way, you park it in the background.

Heck, Humble Bundle actually provides torrent downloads. That's how I got my Ys Chronicles I APK (Android Package), and they're usually better than direct downloads given you have a good seeder.

Thanks to two other friends of mine, I uploaded the game into my OneDrive. Like with AM2R, all you have to do is ask me for the link for the time being, before I drop the link into the public.

No it isn't hard, I was just saying that for some reason the magnet links had yet to work even several hours after the fact. Assuming the actual torrent file was avaliable then getting the files might have been easier.

Plus I think I'm being heavily throttled right now.

Oh. That is weird, usually they should be available in one snap of a button. If my scrappy connection can handle it, then something really weird is going on with such magnet links. Yeah, I'd like those .torrent files to be downloadable from the get-go rather than use magnet links. The fact that they're usable after the torrent site falls down is a beauty.

Really, the internet carriers should improve. We're in an era where downloads are getting obscenely huger and yet we're still throttled or the speeds are still too low.

Back when I was looking around for a free server for testing and doing my own thing, I came across them. Actually paid for their commercial stuff for a year which went okay (sorta).

oh I use Zippy, and Mega. Use to use anonfiles but I cant access it now for some reason.

Zippy and Mega might be fine for file sharing, but I needed PHP and SQL support. I had things I was doing. Haven't had a need recently. Perhaps I can still make a free to play game, (without micro-transactions), although I'd have to see. Had a game halfway programmed but haven't touched it in a while, with the newer PHP versions you know something broke...

Hmm... I am fan of Metroid, though never digged Pokemon it is for kids, IMHO... Impressive looking "indie" game, and very likely great for fans, nonetheless.

Big N DMCA.. At least they had the courtesy to wait the release of these projects before issuing it, unlike Chrono Trigger fan remake(s) before it, of all things... huhu

For some reason, the new full package with patches and changed .ini for new server connectivity incorporated, doesn't work for me, because the game never starts (patcher works though).
