After the latest delay of Cyberpunk I kinda got tiered of the delays and I cancelled my order.
That was on October 28th. To be honest the customer support when it comes to my cancellation has been so had it's a joke. Should I really have to wait for a week for a generic standard response? Where I get asked about the very information I include in the message when I cancelled my order. I answered again and got the same generic bad response.
Must I wait unt the game is released untill I get my reelfund or should I just file a police report in Poland for fraud against GOG?

EU laws are very strict on the matter of consumer protection, so you are covered. I'd start with your card issuer, they usually are very helpful when merchant is being recalcitrant in regard of refunds.

I understand you wanting and being entitled to your refund, but that quoted idea is super extreme. You don't need to go that far.

First you should raise a dispute with the company via which you delivered the funds to GOG. If you did it through your Paypal and paid with your credit card at the same time, then you could start with Paypal first...and if they rule against you, you could go to your credit card's bank next. Or if you could just go to your credit card's bank first, as there is a 99% chance they would rule in your favor (that is presuming the information as you've presented it in your OP is true).

Or message GOG Staffer Ponczo_ politely about your issue, have your ticket number handy and make sure your privacy settings allow messaging to and from non-friends.
You should definitely receive a refund faster than that, but if you're just going to pay for it again later then it doesn't make a lot of sense. You're going to make yourself wait even longer to play the game because the develoers made us wait to play the game?
Hey! We are sorry for the delays. Please send me a PM with your ticket number and I will check exactly what happened with your tickets :)
for any others who might have similar issues.
I've been told gogs returns are valid for indeed a month and it would be good to have a gog staffer affirm that the date lodging the ticket is what makes it validly within that month; not when it gets handled by staff.

It has been said by a blue in another refund thread before, it matters not when the staff gets hold of your ticket, as long as your request was posted before the expiration date the request is valid.

I don't have the time to search for it and can't remember off the top of my head because it was one or two months ago, but I'm sure it was said by a blue

^ That's true.
Wow.
Started a case on PayPal and got a refund 2 days later.
But they should be realistic when it comes to delayed games. Eventually there will be a moment when paying customers will say enough is enough.
